I use NLP and DISC profile to help you achieve results quicker in coaching by allowing you to be aware of how you communicate with others, what your preferences and styles of communication are, and how to be your best version.
How it Works
Ideally you will have a one-hour coaching session every two to three weeks, either in person if local or via a platform such as Skype or Google meet. The first session is longer, typically 1.5 hours inclusive of an intake session, getting to know each other and the first coaching session. Between sessions visual boards and positive affirmations can help keep you on track and we will stay in touch via email to share success or if needing, help with motivation.
With a block of six sessions you are entitled to a 10% discount on the hourly rate and a Personal DISC Personality Profile free of charge which normally costs £60
DISC is 90% to 95% accurate and gives us insight into how we prefer to communicate with others and so we get the best out of our coaching relationship. You receive a 17 page online report that is yours to keep. It can show you how to adapt your behaviour to get the best out of certain social interactions. I will interpret the graphs for you in our intake session.
